We want you to love your fragrance. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return or replacement, reach out via WhatsApp at +91 93633 28177 or email support@triniperfumes.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
